In Ghakhar, Gujranwala, SEMZON Engineering completed a 10-ton-per-hour poultry feed plant for Arif Gondal Feed. It is a fully integrated system with automated batching, grinding, mixing, pelletizing, cooling and screening – and it was delivered as one turnkey contract.
What “turnkey” means in practice
A turnkey partner takes responsibility for the whole plant, not just the machines. For this project that covered:
- process design and the plant layout;
- manufacturing of the machines and the control panels;
- installation, cabling and commissioning;
- operator training and spare-parts support after start-up.
Why one partner works better than several vendors
When the hammer mill comes from one supplier, the pellet mill from another and the panels from a third, the owner becomes the project manager. Interfaces between machines – capacities, heights, motor sizes, signals – are where most delays and hidden costs appear. With one partner, those interfaces are designed together and one team answers for the result.
The owner should be buying a running plant, not a pile of machines.

What the client gets
Consistent feed quality, less downtime and a single number to call for service. Because the control panels are built in-house, faults can be traced quickly and spare parts are available locally.
