Many plants need equipment that is not in any catalogue: a conveyor that fits an existing building, a tank of a specific size, a special mixer or a complete process unit for a new product. SEMZON’s engineers turn your requirement into 3D models and drawings, then our workshop cuts, welds, machines, assembles and tests the machine before delivery.
We build storage tanks from 1 to 100 tons for oil and water, bins and silos, bucket elevators and conveyors, steel structures and platforms, cyclones and dust collection, and machine guards and frames. We also build the MCC and PLC panels that control them.

Stage-by-Stage Process
Requirement study
We study your capacity, material, space and utilities — on site when needed — and agree the technical specification.
3D design
Our engineers model the machine in 3D, check clearances and loads, and issue manufacturing drawings for your approval.
Cutting
Steel plates and sections are cut accurately on CNC plasma and cutting machines, ready for fabrication.
Fabrication & welding
Frames, casings, tanks and structures are fabricated and welded by experienced welders in our Lahore workshop.
Precision machining
Shafts, bearing housings, gears and dies are machined to drawing tolerances on our lathes and CNC machines.
Assembly
Motors, gearboxes and moving parts are assembled and aligned on the machine frame.
Painting & finishing
Surfaces are cleaned, primed and painted with industrial coatings to protect the machine in service.
Factory testing
The machine is run and checked in our works before dispatch, so problems are solved before it reaches your site.
Delivery
Machines are packed and transported to site, in Pakistan or for export.
Installation
Our technicians install, commission and train your operators, and we stay available for after-sales support.

Can you build a machine from my drawing?
Yes. Send us your drawing or specification. We review it, suggest improvements where useful, and manufacture to your approved drawings.
What materials do you work with?
Mild steel and stainless steel are standard, with wear-resistant plate where abrasion is high. Materials are selected for your product, environment and budget.
How long does a custom machine take?
Lead time depends on size and complexity. Simple fabrications take a few weeks; complete process units take longer. We confirm the schedule with our quotation.
Do you install the machines you build?
Yes. Our own technicians install and commission every machine and train your operators.
