SKLN2.5 to SKLN12
Hot pellets enter at the top through a rotary airlock and build a bed in the cooling bin. Ambient air is drawn up through the bed against the product flow, so the coolest air meets the coolest pellets. A slide-valve discharger at the bottom releases cooled pellets steadily.
Figures from the SEMZON catalogue. Our engineers confirm the final model for your product and capacity.
| Model | Cooling volume (m³) | Capacity (t/h) | Power (kW) | Airlock power (kW) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SKLN2.5 (15×15) | 2.5 | 6 | 1.5 | 0.75 |
| SKLN4 (20×20) | 4 | 10 | 2.2 | 1.1 |
| SKLN6 (22×22) | 6 | 15 | 2.2 | 1.1 |
| SKLN8 (24×24) | 8 | 20 | 2.2 | 1.5 |
| SKLN12 (28×28) | 12 | 30 | 1.5 + 2.2 | 1.5 |
All models: cooling time not less than 10–15 minutes, product temperature not higher than ambient +3–5 °C, air absorbing volume 34 m³/min·t.

Straight answers to the questions our engineers hear most about the SKLN Counterflow Cooler.
Talk directly with our engineering team for a tailored consultation.
It depends on the model (SKLN2.5 to SKLN12) and the fan, cyclone and airlock package. Tell us your pellet mill output and we will quote a matching cooler.
Pellets leave the pellet mill hot and moist. Cooling hardens them and lowers their moisture, which prevents cracking and mould during storage.
Match it to your pellet mill: SKLN4 for about 10 t/h, SKLN8 for 20 t/h and SKLN12 for 30 t/h.
Tell us about your capacity, raw material and site. Our engineering team will design a custom turnkey solution tailored to your exact requirements and budget.
