The SZLH ring die pellet mill is the heart of every SEMZON feed and pellet line. The range runs from the SZLH350 for small plants to the SZLH768 for high-capacity mills, with capacities from 2 to 35 tons per hour of poultry feed.
How the SZLH works
A variable-speed feeder doses mash into the steam conditioner, where it is heated and softened. The conditioned mash falls into the pelleting chamber, and rollers press it through the holes of the rotating ring die. Knives cut the pellets to length before they leave for the cooler.

Capacities are for poultry feed. Biomass and other dense materials give a lower output per mill.
How to choose a model
- Start from the plant capacity you need per hour, then add a margin for recipe changes and future growth.
- Consider the material – cattle, poultry and aqua feeds pellet differently, and wood or straw needs more power per ton than feed.
- Match the cooler, boiler and hammer mill to the pellet mill, so no section becomes the bottleneck.
What affects the price
Pellet mill prices in Pakistan depend on the model, motor size, conditioner type, stainless-steel contact parts and the number of spare dies and rollers ordered with the machine. We quote each mill with its conditioner, feeder and control panel so you can compare like with like.

Frequently asked questions
Can one SZLH pellet mill make both feed and biomass pellets?
It can, but not at the same output. Wood and straw need more pressure and a different die than feed, so we size and equip the mill for the main material and quote a second die for the other.
What pellet diameters can the SZLH produce?
The pellet diameter is set by the die holes. Feed mills commonly run 2–6 mm dies; biomass usually runs 6–8 mm. Dies are changed in a few hours.
Do you supply spare dies and rollers?
Yes. Ring dies, roller shells and other wear parts are manufactured in Lahore, so replacements are available locally.
