SEMZON built a 50-ton-per-day organic compost fertilizer line for the Quetta Waste Management Company, turning organic waste into granulated compost.
Material is loaded into storage bins, blended in a dual-agitator blender and granulated, then dried in a 33-ft primary dryer and a 48-ft secondary dryer, each with a cyclone and blower. A screener and rotary separator keep the granules on-spec before automatic packing.
