Project Overview
SEMZON designed and installed a 20-ton-per-hour poultry feed production line for Subhan Feeds in Kasur, Punjab, covering the grinding, mixing, pelleting and packing sections.
The flow runs from the elevator intake, magnet and hammer mill through the mixer and molasses system to the pellet steam conditioner, pellet mill, counter-flow cooler, crumbler, screener and packing hopper, with MCCB control and boiler steam systems.
