For Al-Itifaq Feeds Mills in Kasur, Punjab, SEMZON delivered a 20-ton-per-hour poultry feed production line with a multi-bin batching section, grinding, mixing, steam-conditioned pelleting, cooling, screening and packing.
The line is controlled from PLC panels and laid out for continuous production, with pneumatic, liquid addition and boiler steam systems integrated into the flow.
