Working Principle
Raw maize is fed onto vibrating screen decks whose inclination and throw are adjusted for the grain. Big impurities are scalped off, small impurities and fines drop through, and the aspiration fan and cyclone take out light dust and husk, leaving clean grain.

Why pre-clean maize?
Stones, metal and dust damage hammer mills and pellet dies and lower feed quality. Pre-cleaning reduces wear on downstream equipment and improves storage life.
Can it clean other grains?
Yes. Deck inclination and throw are adjustable for different grains. We also supply drum cleaners and counter-flow pellet cleaners.
